This position is responsible for maintaining health and sanitation standards, preparing various dishes for breakfast and dinner menus, and assisting with restaurant and employee cafeteria setups. The Cook will also supervise and assist dishwashers and pantry personnel, and perform duties from the Prep List schedule. Additionally, the role requires preparing dressings, cold sauces, desserts, and salads, including those for buffet and employee cafeteria, and assisting with banquet preparation. The position also involves supporting hotel policies and procedures, attending meetings, and communicating effectively in English.
