About The Position

The Newberry isn’t your average hotel kitchen—we create small, thoughtful, flavor-forward dishes that pair with locally inspired hospitality. As part of Hilton’s Tapestry Collection in downtown Bend, our food program reflects our city: casual, elevated, and creative. As a Cook, you’ll be part of delivering fresh, memorable experiences from the first bite. As a Cook at The Newberry, you’ll prepare beautiful, nutrient-conscious breakfasts and curated small plates using fresh, locally inspired ingredients. Whether it’s a protein-packed morning scramble or a seasonal charcuterie board paired with a cocktail or craft beer, your work helps energize adventurers, explorers, and wellness-minded travelers alike. This isn’t about high-volume banquets or cookie-cutter menus. It’s about food that supports an experience—clean, local, delicious, and intentional. You’ll be part of a team that values quality, pride, and hospitality from the back of house to the front.
