Cooks will be expected to learn cook/production stations including prep, fry cook, grill cook, salad station, etc. We share the dishwashing role so everyone is expected to chip in. You will be given all the tools necessary to be able to adequately perform your job duties. Reports to the general manager and works together with them to: Be a team player that will communicate effectively with respect to your teammates, managers and guests. Prepare food to recipe specifications while maintaining a clean work space. Arrive to work on time, in proper uniforms with clear focus on the tasks required of the job.
