This position is responsible for the complete operation of ovens and smoking equipment, including monitoring cook cycles and charts, product quality, and associated paperwork. The role requires accurate documentation of cook information on HACCP forms and adherence to good manufacturing practices. The cook must be able to determine the match between product priority and oven availability and be willing to work other shifts to fill in for absences or vacations. This role also involves being a backup for oven cleaning and participating in quarterly overhead cleaning.
