About The Position

At JRI Hospitality’s Freddy’s locations, Back of House Team Members on the HotLine prepare grill-cooked and made-to-order food for guests. Team members learn to handcraft Freddy’s Steakburgers and help ensure menu items are cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment and delivered with a smile. The role is part of a team focused on great food, exceptional hospitality, and a fun guest experience. Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; 18 or older in California.
• Demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service, dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.

• Help ensure food is cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment.
