About The Position

As a Cook at Far West Restaurant Group, you will prepare fresh, high-quality food that delivers the Wingstop experience guests expect. You will work as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen, follow food safety standards, and help ensure every order leaves the kitchen accurately and on time. The role includes completing required training and certifications and continuing to develop your skills. Responsibilities

Prepare food according to company recipes and standards.
Cook, sauce, and package orders accurately.
Ensure every order meets quality and presentation standards.
Read and prepare orders quickly and accurately.
Work with the Front of House team to deliver orders on time.
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked.
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures, including oil filtering.
Operate kitchen equipment safely.
Help minimize food waste while maintaining product quality.
Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks, including cleaning and changing hood filters.
Support the team wherever needed.
Help create an exceptional guest experience with every order.
Complete all required training and certifications and continue developing job skills.
