About The Position

JRI Hospitality is hiring Back of House Team Members for the HotLine at its Freddy’s locations. HotLine team members grill and prepare food, learn to handcraft Freddy’s Steakburgers, and help ensure menu items are cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment. They work as part of a team to deliver freshly prepared, made-to-order food, exceptional hospitality, and a welcoming guest experience.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years or older; 18 or older in California.
• Demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service.
• Demonstrate dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Grill and prepare food on the HotLine.
• Handcraft Freddy’s Steakburgers.
• Ensure menu items are cooked to perfection.
• Work in a safe and clean environment.
• Contribute to a team delivering freshly prepared, made-to-order food and exceptional hospitality.
