About The Position

Beef 'O' Brady's in Andover is hiring full-time and part-time cooks to prepare food in a fun, fast-paced restaurant environment. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old, subject to applicable state and local requirements.
• Be available to work weekend and holiday shifts.
• Be able to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and specification charts in English.
• Be able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven, and other kitchen equipment.
• Be able to stand continuously, bend, and lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipe specifications.
• Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling, and storage.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep equipment clean and the work area organized.
