About The Position

The Cook prepares and cooks menu items, follows food safety standards, and supports the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes. Requirements

High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma.
Basic reading, writing, mathematical, and verbal communication skills in English to interpret schedules and menus, complete forms, perform measurements, and interact with guests and co-workers.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, holidays, and weekends.
Ability to operate equipment such as a steamer, fryer, and oven.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 71–80 pounds.
