This is a full-time Cook position at Avamere at Sherwood. The role involves preparing, cooking, and plating meals, ensuring they are palatable and meet portion control standards. The Cook will also inspect diet trays, coordinate with the facility dietician and nursing services for diet changes, and ensure food and supplies are readily available for upcoming meals. Menu maintenance and assistance with meal serving are also part of the responsibilities. Additionally, the Cook will assist with dishes, general cleaning, freight, and other duties as assigned.
