This is a Full-Time Cook position at Avamere at Seaside. The role involves preparing and serving meals, ensuring they are palatable, appetizing, and adhere to portion control. The Cook will also inspect diet trays, coordinate with the facility dietician and Nursing Services for diet changes, and ensure food and supplies are readily available for upcoming meals. Maintaining and reviewing menus before food preparation and assisting with meal service are also key responsibilities. The position requires availability for various shifts, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
