Prepares and serves foods according to Local, State, and Federal guidelines and maintains dietetic services facilities, equipment, and utensils in a sanitary manner. Provides supervision of dietetic service employees in the absence of the assistant supervisor, supervisor or manager. Responsible for the tray setup for patients in a timely and sanitary manner, which includes work station setup, assembly, and delivery/retrieving of patients’/residents’ trays. Cold food items will be prepared in accordance with diets. Clean the work station, equipment, dishes, and flatware.
