About The Position

The Cook's Helper, under the direction of the Director of Food Service or designee, assists with the pre-preparation of food items. Helps with the cleaning of main kitchen equipment; cleans the cooking area in the evening after the trayline. Keeps walk-in cooler shelves clean and in order all times.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to do arithmetic calculations and computations.

Nice To Haves

• High school graduation preferred.
• Experience is desirable, but not necessary.
