This role is responsible for preparing and producing menu items to established standards in a quick and efficient manner. The position involves maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, assisting in food production across all work areas, and ensuring proper cooking methods, times, and temperatures are followed. A key aspect of the role is maintaining assigned stations and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition, while also ensuring the safety and security of team members and guests. The Cook II must also ensure adherence to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures, and possess knowledge of promotions and events. Other duties as assigned may be part of this role.
