The role involves preparing meals for Hospital at Home patients, ensuring clean and sanitary work practices, and accurately completing all required documentation. Baptist Jacksonville is a Magnet™ designated hospital, signifying a high standard of patient care.
Requirements
- Less than 1 year Food Service Experience
- Less than 1 year Cooking Experience

Responsibilities
- Measuring, mixing, portioning and cooking according to provided recipes and production charts for Hospital at Home patients
- Performing clean, safe, and sanitary work in accordance with department policies
- Filling out all logs, production charts, cleaning schedules, etc assigned by management in accordance with department policies and procedures
- Cooling, packing, and labelling food for Hospital at Home meal delivery service
