Cooks are responsible for preparing, presenting, serving, cleaning up, and storing well-balanced, delicious meals. The role involves using menus designed for seniors and applying adaptability and critical thinking to make changes as needed to ensure residents’ satisfaction. Encore Senior Living offers a full training program and is willing to train the right candidate.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A love for working with seniors.
• Flexible, fun, energetic, and personable, with the ability to project calm, care, and professionalism in work-related situations.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience preparing food from scratch or equivalent.

Responsibilities
