About The Position
The Cook 5 prepares breakfast, lunch, and dinner, food items per guest orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. This role is part of the Food & Beverage Division, reporting to the Kitchen Management Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.
Requirements
- 1–2 years kitchen experience.
- Working understanding of fundamental cooking methods.
- Developing multitasking ability and willingness to take direction.
- Understanding of safe food‑handling procedures.
- Demonstrated reliability, organization, and willingness to learn.
- Hawaii Food Handler’s Card
- ServSafe (within 3 months)
- Tuberculosis Clearance
- Valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to Four Seasons standards, following approved recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines while maintaining a well-organized workstation for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
- Assist with food preparation and production, ensuring items are prepared in advance based on business demands while minimizing waste and maintaining quality standards.
- Operate, maintain, and clean a variety of kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
