About The Position
Responsible for providing meals for migrant employees, preparing, and serving meals. Organize kitchen and appliances. Responsible for general cleaning.
Requirements

- Must work accurately with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work 12 hours per day
Responsibilities
- Plan meals Monday to Sunday for about 200 employees
- Work directly with migrant camp supervisor
- Ensure cleanliness of food preparation
- Follow state health department regulations pertaining to food safe practices
- Check in all food/supply orders
- Prepared all meals on time as scheduled or assigned by the migrant camp supervisor
- Keep kitchen and cafeteria clean
- Manage all aspects of food service for migrant workers
- All other duties as assigned
