About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Cook 3 to support its culinary team as an entry-level prep cook. The role involves preparing ingredients, maintaining workstation readiness, following recipes and presentation standards, and assisting with food production for daily service. The successful candidate will contribute to exceptional dining experiences while developing culinary skills in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of culinary school or related kitchen experience.
• Basic culinary knowledge, including food preparation techniques and kitchen safety practices.
• Proficient knife skills and ability to operate standard commercial kitchen equipment.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while standing and walking for extended periods.
• Valid authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to recipes, production standards, and guest orders while ensuring quality and consistency.
• Complete mise en place and set up kitchen stations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
• Assist with advance food preparation and maintain appropriate production levels based on business needs.
• Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment while following safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor food storage, labeling, rotation, and inventory levels to minimize waste and maintain food quality.
