About The Position
The Converting Operator B position is responsible for producing a product that meets established quality guidelines. This role involves assisting the Extrusion operator and performing various tasks related to machine operation and product packaging. The position requires consistent attendance and a willingness to work non-standard hours, manage job-related stress, and interact productively with colleagues.

- Operator experience
- Must have regular, reliable attendance
- Willing to work outside the regular schedule as required
- Willing to handle job stress and interact with others in the workplace
- Hand tools
- Machine knowledge
