About The Position

The Converting Operator C is responsible for following established quality guidelines to produce a product that meets criteria. This role involves assisting the Extrusion operator with various tasks and ensuring the consistent, dependable attendance of the employee. The operator must also demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours and effectively manage job-related stress while fostering productive workplace interactions.

• Packer experience preferred
• Lead or senior operator will train operator on procedure that applies to line.
• Shadow operator “B”.
• Quality training with QC personnel.

• Assist packer A
