About The Position

Assists the Operator in producing a good quality product safely and efficiently while performing sonic, hand trim, die cut cleaning, and packaging duties. This role involves ensuring the workplace is safe, professional, and clean by upholding company THM practices. The position requires cleaning, inspecting, and stacking product according to standard or customer requirements, and assisting the Operator in machine upkeep and setup for production runs. It also includes assisting coworkers as needed to maintain production levels, packaging materials according to Coroplast standards, hand trimming laminate, welding boxes, sorting material, and assisting in the installation and uninstallation of dies on die cutter workstations. The employee must notify the Operator, Lead, or Supervisor of any issues or defects.

Requirements

Be available for overtime.
Complete basic math such as adding, dividing, subtracting, percentages, etc.
Must be able to read a ruler to 1/16”
Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
