About The Position

This position is responsible for setting up, troubleshooting, and maintaining flexographic printing, bag converting, sheeting, and laminating machinery to produce paper packaging. The work environment is clean and air-conditioned. The role operates on first and second shifts, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Experience in setting up and troubleshooting converting/printing machinery.
• Experience with large rolls of paper or plastic.
• Knowledge and use of various hand tools assigned including tape measure, screwdriver, wrenches, etc.
• Good verbal and written skills required.
• Basic Math required.
• Maintain a safe working environment on production lines.
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and troubleshoot flexographic printing and converting machinery.
• Monitor and keep machine supplied with paper, glue, and ink.
• Inspect product to ensure materials, size, print, quantities.
• Keep the work area clean.
