About The Position

As a Conversion Operations Associate on Gusto 401(k)'s ConversionOps team, you will independently manage the transfer of retirement plans from prior providers onto Gusto's platform. The role focuses on accurately validating asset allocations, reconciling trust data, and establishing participant loan records before plans go live. You will ensure required data is collected, validated, and uploaded so that downstream testing, compliance, reporting, and Form 5500 processing can proceed without rework. You will also contribute to automation and tooling improvements that increase conversion accuracy and efficiency.
