About The Position

Requirements

  • 3+ years in catering or event management, with leadership experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Knowledge of menu planning and food presentation.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools.
  • Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, event management, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning and execution of catering events from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and customize services accordingly.
  • Coordinate with the culinary team to develop menus and manage event logistics.
  • Supervise catering staff to ensure seamless service during events.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of catering supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Handle guest concerns or special requests with professionalism.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
  • Prepare and manage budgets to meet financial goals.
