About The Position

Haffner’s is seeking a Convenience Store Food Service Associate to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. The associate is responsible for the proper and efficient operation of shift duties, including delivering exceptional customer service, producing deli items, safely operating and maintaining deli equipment, and following food service and health regulations. The stated pay range is $16.00–$19.00 per hour, with compensation based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications. Responsibilities

Perform all job duties with a customer-centric mindset, prioritizing customer service.
Handle customer complaints and issues, escalating situations that are outside the associate’s authority.
Perform job duties in accordance with company policies.
Comply with safety rules and reinforce them with other deli associates.
Keep the deli clean and compliant with state and company health guidelines.
