About The Position

As a Convenience Store ("C-Store") Crew Member, you will be responsible for keeping your area neat, clean, well stocked and ready to serve our customers. Provide quality service to each guest in a courteous and efficient manner while always displaying a pleasant and enthusiastic attitude. This location, operated by Convenience Stores Inc- a subsidiary of Jones Petroleum, is looking for a highly skilled, self-motivated individuals looking to assist in our growing Retail Operation. We are a privately owned COMMUNITY ORIENTED company. Our Team Members put CUSTOMER SERVICE as their 1st PRIORITY! Our Team Members are team players and work well with their team including being engaged and displaying pleasant and enthusiastic attitude. All Team Members are treated fairly with dignity and respect. Team members are required to follow the site specific / brand specific procedures for offering consistent and quality customer experiences.

Requirements

High School or equivalent
Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.
Good communication skills.
Good personal grooming habits.
Open availability.
Flexible schedules.
Standing up to 8 hours during a shift.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.

Previous convenience store experience is preferred.
