About The Position
Haffner’s is seeking a convenience store associate to provide customers with a great shopping experience. The role is suited to honest, reliable, and personable candidates seeking either full-time or part-time work. Haffner’s offers a positive work environment, training, and advancement opportunities. The minimum pay range is $16.75–$21 per hour, based on factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications. The position is eligible for up to a $300 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities
- Comply with company policies and federal and state laws regarding age-restricted sales, including tobacco and alcohol.
- Maintain store cleanliness standards.
- Replenish stock to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Complete duties as assigned by management.
- Maintain safe conditions and follow procedures during inclement weather, property damage, or unforeseen emergencies.
- Report to management any equipment or facility condition that needs repair or creates a hazard.
