About The Position

Haffner’s/Tradewinds is seeking a Convenience Store Assistant Manager to help provide customers with a great shopping experience. The role includes maintaining store standards, supporting daily operations, following applicable policies and laws, and carrying out duties assigned by management. Responsibilities

Comply with company policies and federal and state laws regarding age-restricted sales, including tobacco and alcohol.
Maintain store cleanliness standards.
Replenish stock to maintain customer satisfaction.
Complete duties as assigned by management.
Maintain safe conditions and follow procedures during inclement weather, property damage, or unforeseen emergencies.
Report equipment or facility conditions that need repair or create a hazard.
