About The Position

A Convenience Site Attendant safely and efficiently performs general labor duties at a remote convenience site. Work may include yard clean-up, site maintenance, and cleaning the physical grounds. The position also involves assisting customers, directing traffic and disposal, and monitoring staged containers and service history.

The role supports the company’s safety standards and includes other job-related duties as assigned or apparent. Eligible employees may elect to participate in the benefits listed in the posting.

Requirements

• Ability to adhere to a work schedule and follow through on challenges as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently perform assigned responsibilities.
• Clean work areas and direct people to the correct container for disposal.
• Clean the track after compactors are pulled away.
• Perform yard work, including picking up paper and blowing debris.
• Direct traffic at the site as necessary.
• Help customers as needed.
• Monitor staged containers and call in service requests as needed.
• Track monthly service history, including the number of hauls and container numbers.
• Promote the Company's safety standards.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.
