About The Position
The Convenience Site Attendant monitors activities at a solid waste disposal site, maintains the site's appearance, and collects solid waste. The role includes keeping the assigned work area clean, assisting the public with disposal locations, monitoring for illegal dumping, operating the trash compactor, and performing general groundskeeping and related duties as assigned.
Requirements

- Customer service training and experience that provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities are required.
Responsibilities
- Keep the assigned work area clean.
- Greet the public and direct people to the proper locations for disposing of materials, including recyclables.
- Monitor the dumpsite for illegal dumping.
- Operate the trash compactor at a solid waste collection site.
- Perform assigned general groundskeeping duties.
- Perform related work as required.
