About The Position

Requirements
- Previous experience as a BAS or Controls Service Technician
- Strong familiarity with Tridium and Niagara N4 (certification a plus)
- Experience with platforms such as Tridium, JCI, Distech, and Honeywell
- Understanding of control circuits, I/O fundamentals, and field device operation
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment
- Clear communication and strong customer interaction skills
Nice To Haves
- Certification in Tridium and Niagara N4
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and commission BAS systems for a variety of clients
- Diagnose issues in existing pneumatic or electronic control systems
- Modify and refine sequences to improve system performance and energy savings
- Perform functional testing and complete point-to-point verification
- Troubleshoot communication networks including BACnet, Modbus, and LON
- Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and other trades on active projects
- Maintain accurate service logs, testing results, and commissioning documentation
- Provide customer support and system operation guidance when needed
