An ideal candidate will have a passion to serve people to improve their quality of life and empower them on their health journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of successful Controller/CFO experience required in healthcare.
  • 2-4 years of hospital experience is required.
  • 2 - 4 years previous management experience required over revenue cycle in a hospital setting.
  • Knowledge of general accounting systems/procedures required.
  • Individual must have strong spreadsheet skills and general ledger experience.
  • Must possess excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
  • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office products.
  • Ability to detect and avoid errors in preparing and reviewing financial reports.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in Accounting preferred.
  • CPA is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

  • Controls and elevates all functions and activities of the Corporate Finance Departments daily operations.
  • Manages the billing, accounts receivable and payable departments.
  • Assists/Advises administrators and department managers in relation to budgets, cost accounting, and revenue cycling.
  • All other financial operations.
