About The Position
ARC Living dba Axia Residential is seeking a Controller to lead all accounting and financial reporting functions for a growing multifamily investment and property management platform. This role is responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, managing the accounting team, and supporting strategic financial decisions. Requirements
- 7–10+ years of accounting experience with leadership experience
- Background in multifamily, real estate, or property management accounting
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with Entrata, RealPage, or similar systems
Nice To Haves
- CPA strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations, including financial reporting & month-end close
- Manage audits, internal controls, and compliance with GAAP
- Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis
- Oversee investor reporting, distributions, and capital transactions
- Ensure compliance with lender requirements and partnership agreements
- Lead and develop the accounting team
