About The Position

The Controller will own the accounting function of a private equity-backed software and services company growing through acquisition. The position is fully remote within the United States, excluding Hawaii, and carries an approximately 40-hour workweek. The base salary is $120,000–$145,000 annually, with flexibility for the right candidate. The Controller will oversee the monthly and annual close, financial statements, reporting, GAAP accounting, and day-to-day accounting activities. They will serve as the in-house accounting owner for NetSuite, coordinate external auditors, and guide outsourced implementation partners as acquired businesses transition into the system. The role will also support the CFO with budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and reporting as capabilities develop.
