Control Plane Developer, Portworx

• Developing and integrating new features to Portworx products
• Bringing a focus on design, development, unit testing, code reviews, documentation, continuous integration and continuous deployment
• Collaborating with peers and stakeholders to take solutions from initial design to production
• Experimenting with new technologies in order to push the state-of-the-art and innovate new solutions

• BS in Computer Science or related technical field
• 6+ years of experience in designing, developing and testing various product components using C/C++, Python, Go
• Proven design sensibility and the willingness to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Containers
• Must be willing and able to work in an open office environment
• Solid CS background in data structures, algorithms, and software design
• Knowledge of SAN, NAS storage products - Read/Write IOPs, IO datapath
• Familiarity and hands-on experience with volume snapshots and datapath testing
• Ability to deploy and use 3rd party tools to simulate IO test workloads
