About The Position

Lockheed Martin Space in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a highly skilled individual to perform as an Associate Manager and Control Account Manager (CAM) for the Meridian program’s Ground Integration Team. This position will serve as a functional manager for 5-10 software engineers. Lockheed Martin is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements

Bachelors degree in Engineering/Technical discipline or closely related field, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
Experience with Cost Account Management and/or Earned Value Management
Experience coordinating across multiple engineering disciplines
U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Must have a Final Secret Clearance to Start.

Responsibilities

Establish and assess progress multiple Control Accounts (CA) and Work Packages (WP)
Define and assess completion of scope against the work breakdown structure and organization breakdown structure in accordance with Agile planning and program integrated master schedule
Plan, assign and determine program performance based on earned value techniques, using Agile processes
Ensure time phased budget reflects contractual requirements
Review data for supporting cost and schedule analysis, including identifying and communicating risks and opportunities
Supply status and updates to the program schedule and Jira planning
Provide objective progress assessments to the program stakeholders
Prepare/approve/accept Work Authorizations Documents
Lead and coordinate technical product development and reviews through the design lifecycle
