About The Position

CUBRC, Inc. is seeking a Contracts/Subcontracts Administrator in Buffalo, NY to report to its Contracts Manager. Job responsibilities will include cradle-to-grave contracts and agreements and subcontracts administration; cradle-to-grave review and administration of solicitations, requests for proposals (RFPs), and proposal package submissions; cradle-to-grave administration of miscellaneous agreements such as consultant agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and teaming agreements; creation and maintenance of contract/subcontract documentation in both electronic and hard copy files in accordance with ISO and Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) requirements; maintenance of contracts/subcontracts database; support audits; other duties as assigned. The work location for this position is Buffalo, NY/hybrid.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • 5+ years’ experience with federal contracts/subcontracts and/or federal grants/subawards
  • Working knowledge of FARS, DFARS, and other agency acquisition regulations
  • Hands-on experience administering DoD and/or other federal agency contracts, subcontracts, grants, subawards, and other types of agreements
  • Solicitation/RFP/proposal experience including review, submission and negotiations
  • Contract administration problem-solving experience
  • Deliverables tracking
  • Must be able to obtain and remain eligible for a US Department of Defense security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • CPCM or DAWIA a plus
  • Deltek Cost Point experience is a plus
