About The Position

Analog Devices is seeking a motivated Contracts Negotiator to join its Government Contracts team. The role supports contract lifecycle activities for U.S. Government defense programs and works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and performance. The position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. It requires travel 10% of the time and is a first-shift/day position. The expected wage range is $86,400 to $118,800, with actual pay varying based on factors such as work location, experience, education, training, market data, and internal pay equity. The position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus. For work requiring access to technical data, export licensing approval may be required for applicants other than U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
At least 3 years of government contracting experience, specifically Department of Defense (Department of War).
Working knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and TINA/CCOPD.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

Interface with government and prime customers on routine contractual matters.
Review and analyze RFPs/RFQs for compliance and risk; prepare proposal documentation and pricing support.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions under supervision, including delivery schedules.
Support Cost or Pricing Data requirements, sweeps, and certifications; coordinate fact-finding and DCAA/DCMA interactions.
Review contract modifications and maintain accurate records.
Assist with contract closeout and reporting requirements.
Guide internal stakeholders on contractual interpretation, risk posture, and change management.
