About The Position

This role is for a Contracts Management Sr within the Contracts Management team, responsible for overseeing contract administration, interpreting contract terms, and guiding proposal development to meet customer and company standards. The Contracts Management Sr will ensure contract compliance, drive successful negotiations, and support proposal development across the organization.

Requirements

Contract life cycle experience including proposals, negotiations, administration, and closeout
Develop, negotiate, and execute contracts
Possess working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS)
Proven ability to develop internal and external relationships; must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Support audits with internal and external audit teams and agencies
Active Secret Clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen

Responsibilities

Manage the full spectrum of contracts—from proposal preparation and negotiation to award administration and ongoing compliance.
Lead and coordinate proposal preparation and contract negotiations.
Advise leadership on contractual rights, obligations, and risks.
Review and interpret contract requirements.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless contract fulfillment.
