Serve as a Joint Project Agreement contract writer, facilitator, negotiator, and coordinator for the Joint Project Administration Group within the Infrastructure Delivery and Operations Division (IDO). Prepare and process various assigned agreements as required and in accordance with ARS 11-952. Work complex, time-sensitive agreements with up to multi-million dollar values in all areas of contract requirements with a limited range of contractual activities. Coordinate with other government and State agencies, private industry, internal technical staff, and attorneys to ensure accuracy and lawful compliance with federal regulations and state laws, statutes, and ADOT policies throughout the agreement process; provide support and guidance to ADOT staff and external partners during the development. This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.
