The purpose of the Contracts Coordinator position is the independent preparation and review of subcontracts and related documents and management of the contracting process in support of assigned projects. This position requires the ability to engage in independent decision-making through the use of analytical skills, be organized, and pay attention to detail. This position requires the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. The position requires the ability to handle the coordination of tasks that relate to contracts across the Operating Unit region or project (as appropriate) as well as respond to internal and external correspondence following established company procedures. This position reports to and receives direction from the Contracts Manager while coordinating with project management.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of contracts and contract formation
  • Proven experience with technology platforms, including Adobe, SharePoint and MS Office
  • 3-5 industry related experience
  • Associates degree
