An established, growing heavy civil contractor in the Seattle market is seeking an Estimator to strengthen its preconstruction department. The company has been operating for 30 years and describes its culture as strong, with multiple employees who have been with the company for more than 15 years. It also emphasizes quality and safety on its projects and offers 100% healthcare coverage.
Requirements
- A construction-related degree is required.
- Ability to estimate site development, earthwork, and underground utilities is required.
- Must be able to live in Seattle or North Seattle.
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency with HCSS, Agtek, Bid2Win, or similar estimating software is heavily preferred.
