Requirements

Proven experience as a Contracts Clerk, Automotive Biller, or similar role within the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of automotive contracts, billing procedures, and industry regulations.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with billing software, Microsoft Office Suite, and contract management systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to billing or contract administration are a plus.

Responsibilities

Process and manage automotive contracts, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
Prepare and submit invoices and billing statements to customers and internal departments.
Coordinate with sales, finance, and service teams to resolve contract or billing discrepancies.
Maintain detailed records of contracts, billing transactions, and customer interactions.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company policies regarding automotive contracts and billing.
Assist with month-end and year-end billing reports and reconciliations.
Provide exceptional customer service related to contract and billing inquiries.
