Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive billing is required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., DMS, Tekion, MS Excel).
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate billing of retail and wholesale vehicle sales.
  • Post all sales and cost of sales transactions to the general ledger.
  • Verify the completeness of all necessary documentation in sales deals.
  • Process time-sensitive contracts and related vehicle sales documentation with precision.
  • Handle lien payoffs for trade-ins efficiently.
  • Verify and calculate sales commissions.
  • Review and maintain schedules related to billing activities.
  • Ensure accurate calculation and verification of sales tax.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and finance departments.
  • Conduct audits on car deals to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.
