About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to support Qualcomm’s high-volume NDA team within the in-house Legal Department, managing NDAs end to end—from intake through execution, and post-signature filing—while partnering with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to ensure timely, accurate processing that protects Qualcomm’s confidential information and complies with company policies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to prioritize competing requests, and brings a customer-service mindset to ensure NDAs are processed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, Political Science, or related field and 1+ year of professional administration experience or related work experience.
  • Associate's degree in Communication, Business, Political Science, or related field and 3+ years of professional administration experience or related work experience.
  • High School diploma or equivalent in in Communication, Business, Political Science, or related field and 5+ years of professional administration experience or related work experience.
  • Completed Master's degree in a relevant field may be substituted for up to one year of work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • 3–5 years of experience drafting and managing contracts (NDA experience preferred).
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems or similar legal intake/request and repository tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Experience supporting a high-volume contracting function with turnaround targets.
  • Experience managing contract negotiations (including redlining) preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey legal positions clearly, accurately, and respectfully.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate with others on problem solving and process improvement.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Exemplify strong critical thinking, issue-spotting skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and review NDAs to align with Qualcomm standards and applicable legal requirements.
  • Manage NDA intake and triage, including gathering required information, confirming correct templates, and prioritizing requests to meet business needs and team SLAs.
  • Coordinate execution (e-signature or wet signature), track status, follow up with internal and external parties, and ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain accurate and complete contract records in the CLM/repository, including data management, final signed documents, and supporting correspondence.
  • Respond to questions from internal clients and external counterparties in a professional, solutions-oriented manner; provide status updates and set expectations.
  • Effectively communicate Qualcomm policies and/or positions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support process improvements and reporting/metrics by identifying recurring issues and opportunities to streamline.
