An established construction-focused organization is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to support contract and project management operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of construction projects, including bid coordination, contract administration, document management, and financial tracking. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the bidding process, including researching opportunities, obtaining project plans/specifications, and supporting bid package preparation
  • Collaborate with estimators and internal stakeholders to ensure complete and accurate bid submissions
  • Track bid activity, maintain records, and communicate bid results
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts and subcontracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements
  • Prepare and maintain construction documentation such as contracts, purchase orders, and change orders
  • Maintain organized and compliant records throughout the project lifecycle
  • Review daily reports, material usage, and job progress for accuracy
  • Process invoicing, verify quantities, and support subcontractor payment validation
  • Assist with project financial tracking, including profit and loss reporting
  • Contribute to weekly and monthly financial reporting
  • Maintain logs, spreadsheets, and tracking systems for project-related data
  • Set up and manage project data within internal systems
  • Prepare and maintain documentation required for regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate requests for insurance certificates and bonding documentation
  • Work cross-functionally with project teams, field personnel, estimators, and external stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to contractual terms and conditions
  • Provide general administrative support for project documentation and reporting
