About The Position

AIT Home Delivery is seeking contractors to provide installation services for inground basketball hoops in the Houston, Texas area. The work involves assembling inground basketball systems and may also include available fitness equipment and furniture work. Contractors should have a pickup truck, cargo van, sprinter van, or another vehicle that may be reviewed, and must work as a two-person team with a reliable helper. Experience with concrete is preferred. Settlements are processed weekly, with potential earnings of $40,000–$100,000 or more depending on volume, location, and accepted contract work.

Requirements

• Must own or lease a cargo van, sprinter van, or smaller box truck; other vehicles may be reviewed.
• Must have a reliable helper; two-person teams are required.
• Must own hand and power tools and have the experience and mechanical aptitude to build products to manufacturer specifications.
• Must have an EIN (federal tax ID).
• Must comply with insurance and vehicle registration requirements.
• DOT/MC numbers may be required for vehicles with a GVWR over 10,000 pounds.
• Must comply with state laws applicable to the vehicle used to complete work.
• Contractors and helpers must undergo background and drug screens.
• Driving contractors must undergo an MVR check.
• Must be committed to exceptional customer service, tech savvy with a mobile phone, and have excellent communication skills.
