About The Position

The Contract Specialist / Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key corporate, education, government, and enterprise customers while managing strategic contracts and cooperative purchasing partnerships. This individual will represent B&H in client meetings, contract negotiations, industry events, and networking opportunities to help drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This position requires a relationship focused professional who is comfortable engaging with executive leadership, procurement officers, purchasing departments, and cooperative organizations.

Responsibilities

Negotiate public and private sector B2B contracts.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate purchasing departments, procurement professionals, and executive decision-makers.
Manage and maintain relationships with national cooperative purchasing organizations and strategic contract partners.
Identify opportunities to expand existing contracts and develop new strategic partnerships.
Travel throughout the United States for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.
Work closely with our B2B sales team and legal department, to ensure successful execution of customer agreements.
Maintain a pipeline of contract opportunities and oversee renewals, amendments, and ongoing customer engagement.
Monitor industry trends, procurement initiatives, and public sector purchasing opportunities to identify new business.
