About The Position

The Contract Review Analyst reviews payor contracts and information related to contractual obligations, including payor fee schedule changes and posted policy updates. The analyst works with Managed Care Contract Administrators, the Payor and Price Table Team, and other departments to ensure policy guidelines and changes are updated accurately and promptly. The role also supports communication and implementation of payor policy updates across the organization.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Basic computer skills.
Positive and cooperative attitude when working and communicating with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Telephone etiquette and adequate oral and written communication skills.
Effective multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

Contact payors to discuss policies and changes as needed.
Document payor requirements and policy changes, and relay updates to the appropriate departments.
Pursue, maintain, and communicate medical guideline changes.
Facilitate interoffice communication about payor updates and changes.
Work with the Payor and Price Table team to ensure policy changes are updated appropriately.
Handle assigned payors in a timely manner.
Assist team members with questions and needs.
Answer questions about payor policies.
Help identify payor changes that need to be addressed.
Work with BIS, payors, and the price table group to ensure payor policies are followed and updated according to payor guidelines after changes are identified.
Communicate with payors regarding policy information.
Assist with Corporate office delivery directives related to policy changes and updates.
